What it costs to join the week, and where everyone stays. One group rate at the Fairmont Mayakoba covers the whole party.
Three ways to join the week, and all of them get you to the same dinner table. Your room is booked through us at the same time, so registration and accommodation are one transaction.
Registration covers the tournament and the evening events. You choose your room and any extras in the same form and pay for all of it in one go, so there is no separate hotel booking to make. Rooms at the Fairmont Mayakoba are held under our group block until May 9, 2027. Every request is reviewed personally, and we respond within 48 hours.
Everyone stays under one group block at the Fairmont Mayakoba, in whichever room category suits your family. Rates are held for three nights either side of the tournament, so you can arrive early or stay on.
| Room category | Single | Double |

Per room, per night, in US dollars. These figures are all-in: they include the room, the 16% city tax and 5% state tax, and the Fairmont's mandatory resort fee of $38 per person, per day, which we settle with the hotel on your behalf. The resort fee is set by the hotel and is separate and distinct from the room rate and its taxes; it covers housekeeping and bell gratuities, in-room wi-fi, valet parking, the resort bicycle program, select non-motorised water sports at the beach and the daily newspaper. Meals are not included in the room rate.
Flights and airport transfers are the only two things you arrange yourself. Closer to the date we will send you the transfer company we use, who hold a rate below market for the group; you book with them directly.
